The Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program-Alternate Porfolio Assessment is a portfolio-based assessment option for students with significant cognitive disabilities that preclude them from participating in the TCAP testing with accomodations. The assessment measures achievement based on individual goals for learning, independent functioning, and interaction with peers and teachers.
